Truth Matters

Knowledge is power… it’s just another way of saying that knowing the truth certainly can make a difference. In a world so full of counterfeits and knock-offs, you can feel as if you are getting lies just about everywhere you turn. Fake meat is a lie. Fake people are walking lies. Just about everything in media today is a flat-out lie. I’m a fan of real things – real meat, real people, and real art. Honest art created by actual human beings, with their own hands and eyes and minds. Not something created by some software or machine learning – something tangible, actual, real in the ‘realest’ sense.

It would be hard for an honest artist to create something without a real sense of emotion coming through in the work. You can look at my art and see a real glimpse into the real me… the imperfect, grumpy old dude… who just happens to know how to draw. If truth matters to you, if you value what is real… we’re on the same page, we’re living in the same world. We’re kinsmen of a certain order.

I’m working to keep the art alive, by adding more real creations into the world on an almost daily basis. The best weapon against the fake is to uphold and support the real, magnify the authentic and align with the truth. If you want honest art, I’m here. I paint. I illustrate. I create VR art. I do a lot, always busy, always creating. I’ll keep going until God takes me home.
